    Keeper Sports Products LLC will ship any Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP), or surfboard in the lower 48 continental US for one flat fee of $50.00 per unit. Over sized products will be shipped by Freight companies only. All Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboards (ISUP) and the Swish Basketball hoop will be shipped at no charge standard ground. 

    You will receive a confirmation email that will include tracking information once the product has been shipped.The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

    YOU MUST PROVIDE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER WHEN YOU ORDER. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign and report any damage to the product that may have occurred in transit and note the damage when signing for the product. Please be aware that Keeper Sports Products is not responsible for damage obtained during transit.

    We take special precautions to package the product to protect it against incidental damage during transit. However, if the board arrives in a box showing heavy damage, DO NOT ACCEPT the product unless it is found to be 100% ok after removal from the damaged box. Ask the driver their policy before opening any damaged container.

    If the packaging is damaged it should be noted on the Proof of Delivery form and write in "damaged" when signing for the delivery. Please report it to us within 24 hours by either emailing us at, or by calling us at 855-835-9430.

    If the box is damaged in any way and you are unsure if the product is damaged, you may refuse shipment.

    Please note with the shipping company the reason for refused shipment. Notify us immediately upon receipt of a damaged product so we can address the issue with the shipping company and get you back on the water ASAP. Please Note – Keeper Sports Products LLC will not replace any lost or stolen product or product component.

    Any additional accessory charges (i.e. Lift Gate, Inside Delivery, Limited Access, Change of Address) will be billed to the customer. Be sure not to sign for any special delivery services!



We believe in our products and stand behind them, and we hope you do too. If you are not satisfied with our product within the first 15 days of purchase you may return the unused and undamaged product for a full refund minus the cost of original shipping. Notify us through email or phone informing us of your situation and one of our customer service representatives will happily take care of your case. Be sure to have your proof of purchase ready to reference as well as your order number. 

    Please note these terms when returning an order:

    1. Keeper Sports Products will refund the full purchase price of your unused and undamaged product minus shipping charges to and from the fulfillment location. Shipping charges are non-refundable and subject to a 10% restocking charge.
    2. All returns require a return authorization from Keeper Sports Products. Any item returned without notice to Keeper Sports Products will be subject for inspection and risk the approval of the return. 
    3. Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of our receipt of a return.
    4. When returning the product, please be sure to get a tracking number from your carrier.
    5. All products under the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" program must be returned with receipt, unused, undamaged and in original packaging
    6. The customer is responsible for finding and scheduling the return freight for the item. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service department for any questions you may have regarding freight. 


    30 Day Limited Warranty 

    Keeper Sports Products LLC warrants product to be complete and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. Keeper Sports Products LLC reserves the right to repair or replace this or any original component part that is determined to be defective during the warranty period. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of this product and is not transferable. Upon receipt of your new board, please check for any damages to the product or any included accessories. With every order you will receive a manual that will give you all the parts and accessories that should be include in the box. If any of the accessories or components are missing, please notify us immediately via phone 855-835-9430, or email a copy of your receipt and list of items missing and/or damaged to One of our customer service representatives will evaluate your case and respond to you within 48 hours.
